• Each build your own pizza starts with the classic Mellow pizza crust, red sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Select ingredients to build your own pizza. The food here consistently impresses me, especially the large and flavorful calzones and the creatively crafted pizzas like the Holy Shitake and Pacific Rim varieties. The service stands out as friendly and attentive, with bartenders and servers going above and beyond to enhance the experience. While the prices can be a bit high, the unique menu options, great drinks, and welcoming atmosphere make it a reliable choice whenever I'm in Denver.
