After wandering around and grabbing some food, I enjoyed a flight of crisp, full-bodied beers served promptly by a friendly bartender in an open, airy brewery with a fantastic indoor beer hall and an awesome patio overlooking downtown. The German-style food from the food truck was delicious-especially the frikadeller sliders-and the vibrant ambiance, great music, and dog-friendly atmosphere made it an ideal place to relax and savor excellent brews, including some unique non-German options.
