During a recent lunch break, I discovered an incredible food truck with some of the best hot dogs I've ever tasted. The friendly owner, Uncle Fred, serves up juicy, flavorful sausages on freshly baked buns, and his unique combinations, like the spicy buffalo brat with peanut butter and bacon, are absolutely unforgettable.
