I found a 1/4 inch metal washer in my Boston Market creamed spinach. I reported it to the store and the customer service hotline. Weeks later after I have chased them around, I was told that they have looked into the origin of the metal washer. I was told that no one else has found one in their food so it must not have actually been Boston Markets fault. The manager of the Boston Market on Iliff and Abilene (who has been less than forthcoming or helpful) says it didn't come from their store either as someone (their minimum wage, no benefit employees) would have noticed if any equipment was damaged. Their theory is that it must have came from my own fridge even though it had a sealed lid on it before it went in the fridge and after it came out. I didn't actually expect to be paid for this, but I sure expected them to apologize and try to make me feel better about it. Instead I basically was accused of putting it in there myself. I am super tired of getting screwed over as a consumer
