During my recent visit to the Brown Palace, I enjoyed a fine dining experience that truly stood out. The tableside Caesar salad was a highlight, crafted with precision and bursting with flavor, while my main course of tenderloin, though slightly overcooked, was paired nicely with a rich sauce. What made the evening unforgettable was the attentive service from our waiter, Ryan, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable celebration.

During my visit to the Brown Palace, I was eager to experience the fine dining at its restaurant, and it certainly exceeded my expectations. The tableside Caesar salad was a standout, expertly prepared and bursting with flavor, while my main course, a NY steak, was perfectly cooked, despite some disappointments with the other dishes. The attentive service from our waiter, Ryan, and the overall atmosphere made for a memorable evening, leaving me excited to return someday.
