The gluten-free bread may not appeal to everyone, but as someone who doesn't have to eat gluten-free all the time, I found the unique taste quite enjoyable. The lemongrass chicken banh mi and sweet potato fritters were delicious, with perfectly cooked meat and veggies in the banh mi and flavorful sweet potato fritters that are a must-try. I appreciate having a 100% gluten-free option at the food truck rodeo, and the chili garlic beef rice bowl was a definite winner with its delicious beef, flavorful spices, and generous portion of rice.
