The rotisserie chicken is perfectly cooked with a subtle southern smoky flavor that adds a wonderful touch, complemented by a delicious yellow sauce and perfectly prepared tostones. The menu offers a wide variety of authentic Peruvian dishes, including outstanding ceviche, Lomo Saltado, and Ají­ de Gallina, all served with fresh, flavorful ingredients and generous portions. The staff is friendly and attentive, creating a warm, homey atmosphere that makes every visit enjoyable and satisfying.
