The original review remains accurate after a year, capturing the cozy and charming atmosphere reminiscent of an 80s bar. The food may be typical pub fare, but it's comforting and well-prepared, with friendly service and enjoyable live music events adding to the overall experience.

My wife and I have been going to Oscar's fairly regularly since 2018. Lately it's been hit or miss, depending on the staff. Today, with only two tables, we waited over 20 minutes for service while the only person working there socialized with the other table. With some of the younger staff, it seems like the regulars are taken for granted. Probably won't be back.

The best little pub in all of Sherwood park. Trish the owner is very friendly as is the staff. They make you feel welcome and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. I LOVE the Shepard Pie but the bangers or liver is wonderful. Ask for a glass of mixed nuts to munch on (free). I have always felt at home here ,I must since I visit the pub every Friday night and have taken friends and company there.
Do not bypass this pub !!!!!
