Service was very cumbersome and slow.
Our table ordered two chicken Marsala dinners. Chicken was so tough you could barely chew it. Another person's fish was dry and over cooked. We would have sent it back, but we waited so long, we needed to eat. I emailed complaints to Turtle's, but never received a response.

I use to love eatting at Turtles. I go there for lunch today all jazzed and get us a small salad and i irdered half a small french dip. Conversation is goin good were laughing eatting our salads and i'm wondering where is our waitress. Going up yo the bar to ask for refills on my peach icetea. Then going back up to the bar to find out where my french dip is. Finally getting it. No waitress around to see if we need anything and have to go back up to the bar to find out about payin up. What happened to waitressing. No tip for u and next time i will call in my order.

This menu is OLD, prices have gone up on most items by at least $1, many by $2

We had very good service , server was very friendly ,the food was great everyone enjoyed there meals we were in the loft part of restaurant downstairs

Waited 20 minutes for someone to take our order. Not only didn't get some help, I had the distinct feeling of being ignored. This is not the first time it has happened, just the first time I have written about it.
