Have you ever had a disappointing encounter with a recruiter that made you question your interest in a company? That's how I felt about our initial experience with Shari, our hostess at this lodge-like restaurant. Despite our initial reservations, we decided to stay and were pleasantly surprised by the cozy ambiance, attentive service from Alan, and delicious food options like the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and caramel apple pie. The staff's seasonal nature may explain variations in reviews, and while it's a seat-yourself establishment, the overall experience was still enjoyable and worth a visit.
