The food here consistently delivers bold, perfectly balanced flavors that keep me coming back, whether I'm enjoying the lunch buffet or ordering dishes like masala wings and goat curry. The variety and quality are impressive, with fresh naan and well-cooked meats that truly stand out in the Fargo area. Although the buffet could include a few more options for vegetarians, the overall experience is satisfying and worth every bite.

During my stay at the Holiday Inn nearby, I ordered takeout from this restaurant and was thoroughly pleased with the experience. The masala wings, Chana masala, and garlic naan were all flavorful and satisfying. I was pleasantly surprised to discover they also serve beer and wine, although corkage isn't allowed. Overall, a great choice for delicious South Asian cuisine in the FM area.
