After a long day on the road, I stopped at the Doubletree in Fayetteville and found the attached bistro to be a welcoming refuge with delicious food and attentive service. The portions were generous and the flavors, especially the chicken quesadilla and fresh salads, truly impressed me, complemented perfectly by well-chilled wine and expertly crafted drinks. Despite a somewhat dated decor, the atmosphere was comfortable and the staff, particularly the bartender, made the experience enjoyable enough that I'm already looking forward to my next visit.
