During my stay at Enchantment Resort, I enjoyed several meals at Mii Amo Cafe, where the food was consistently fresh, healthy, and beautifully presented. One memorable dinner included perfectly cooked pan-seared scallops and a flavorful zucchini pappardelle, paired with refreshing prickly pear margaritas and exceptional service from Michael Pilsl, who went above and beyond to accommodate special requests. Whether it was breakfast with avocado toast and goat cheese or dinner featuring a delicious cheeseboard and exquisite seafood dishes, every experience felt warm and welcoming, making each meal truly special.
