Reserving online was straightforward, and the train ride from Williams to the Grand Canyon was both comfortable and authentic, complemented by stunning views. The accommodations were clean and cozy, with friendly and knowledgeable staff enhancing the experience, although the Western show before boarding felt unnecessary. Despite a canceled mule tour, which allowed for a great conversation with an exceptional customer service agent named Paul, the overall experience with Xanterra was positive, including a surprisingly good meal along the Grand Canyon trail.

The online reservation process was extremely convenient and hassle-free. The train journey provided a comfortable and authentic experience, with clean cars and breathtaking views along the way. Despite a minor disappointment with the western show, the overall service from the knowledgeable and professional staff, especially Paul, was exceptional and truly made the trip memorable.
