Off the Griddle is a food truck in Gainesville that serves up some seriously fresh and tasty dishes, like the Avocado BLT and Loaded Quesadilla. We also hired them for a party, and Michael was super flexible and great to work with; the fried Brussels sprouts and corn nuggets were definitely standout hits!
