One recent afternoon at a KOA campground near Madeira Beach, the Florida sun was blazing down on everything in sight. I heard faint music in the distance, growing louder as it approached in the form of a colorful truck playing Caribbean tunes. I eagerly awaited my turn to try the shave ice, ultimately choosing "monster mango" over my initial inclination for "tiger's blood." The experience brought a big smile to my face, thanks to the friendly staff and the delicious treats they offered.
