Got me shook

Went to the Deck sat at a table Waiter came and took our order said we were just having drinks he said that was okay gave us our drinks returned a very short time and said we could not sit there stood up by we're they fed the fish nobody sat at that table there were seven other open tables i mentioned it to our waiter he said he was just doing his job I still can't figure it out

my family went about 4:00 New Years day, was not busy but the service was terrible, no service on cocktails or drinks. Thank goodness the view was spectacular. The waiter did not now the menu when asking what is fresh and made here. The oysters were good and freshly shucked. Bacon wrapped scallops out of the bag and way over cooked., the stuff flounder had no flavor and absolutely not fresh. Don't order that!! the calamari which is supposed to be hand breaded came to us luke warm with the breading falling in the basket. disappointed as a local which this restaurant has changed names over the last 35 years.
