Tried sushi here for the first time with my daughter 3 weeks ago and plan to return weekly, starting today, which was lunch about 2 hours ago. They will make it with any ingredient you like as long as they have it, including changing up their menu items to suite your taste. I prefer to swap tempura for steamed shrimp and ahi tuna for salmon. The sushi is very filling and made to order.
The ginger salad dressing is excellent and the service is very good. The hibachi and teriyaki is also very good, so now I have to make room for hibachi and sushi rolls.
I highly recommend Sakura.
