Worst restaurant of all time. Wouldn't eat here if you paid me. Front desk staff is beyond nasty. I called ahead on 3 different occasions (3 different days) to make a reservation. I was told by the woman on the phone that they were not accepting reservations. So I Figured, ok it must be walk in. I go to the restaurant with my mother dressed for a nice night out. The first woman tells me, "It's gonna be a 30 minute wait." But this is at 8:30 and they close 9. I said, "Ok, but would they still be able to take orders?" She goes around the corner to ask the manager. The manager comes out and changes the story, "We are completely booked up here and you could "Try" one of the 3 restaurants Downstairs." As if she was doing us a favor to eat there. The attitude was unbelievable. Nobody wants to feel like you're doing them a favor to eat in your restaurant. There are many other places to eat. People don't have to put up with the mistreatment. The staff needs serious training on customer service skills because they don't seem to care if you eat there or not. It's offensive and plain rude. Wasting time and gas money to come and be treated like somebody's charity case. You have been fair warned to take your money elsewhere.
