The kindness of the owner shone through when she gifted me a cupcake after hearing about my disappointing birthday treat elsewhere, and her generosity made the experience all the more special. Every bite of the fresh, flavorful cupcakes-especially the white chocolate-chocolate and the rainbow cookie-felt like a small celebration, leaving me eager to return soon.

I highly recommend checking out this amazing cupcake shop for your next special occasion. The owner is incredibly kind and the cupcakes are outstanding - fresh, delicious, and with a variety of flavors to choose from. Don't miss out on trying the rainbow cookie and white chocolate-chocolate cupcakes, they're truly exceptional!

I have been going to Cupcake Heaven since it has opened. The cupcakes are amazing. Her flavors are what they say they are. Diane is wonderful to work with and so is Victoria. Their cakes are amazing too.
If I need a great dessert I go To Cupcake Heaven and my guest rave on the cupcakes and cakes.
So glad we have a place to get quality cupcake and cakes.

VERY DISAPPOINTED
Cupcake Heaven was the 2nd vendor option that was referred by my daughter's wedding venue after "Amy's Creative" was found to be uncreative.
There was a "tasting" done in Feb 2023 for the Wedding in April 2023. The difference in what was presented at the "tasting" and what was presented at the wedding was night and day
The cupcakes presented at the "tasting" were beautiful, had a perfect amount of filling and very moist. The pictures of how the cupcakes would be displayed in the tulips on the stand looked very elegant.
However, this was not the case on the wedding day. The cupcakes were filled with more icing than filling. The cupcakes dried out VERY quickly. There were NO tulips around the cupcakes. The tulips were completely eliminated from the display. This was NOT what we were expecting for a wedding. NOT for one of the most important days in your life. A day when you want EVERYTHING to be perfect.
I am NOT quite sure of the reason behind this but WE were responsible for returning the stand to Cupcake Heaven. Since this was a destination wedding, my sister returned this stand for us (since she lives in FL) When my sister returned the stand and told Diane this was NOT what we were expecting for a wedding. Diane's response was... "Sh-t Happens" and the tulips she ordered were "ugly" and she made the decision not to put them out or tell anyone.
These cupcakes were ordered in the beginning of February for a wedding at the end of April. She had plenty of time and knew what was expected. It seems this was thrown together last minute. I could have ordered tulips from Amazon with 1day shipping. Even plain white from any store would have been better than nothing at all.
VERY DISAPPOINTED! There is NO do over! This was 1 special day.
We could have ordered from the grocery and threw them on a stand and it would have looked comparable and the cupcakes would have been moist.
