During my time in Washington DC, I was introduced to the delectable beef koubideh at Moby Dick's, a dish that has left a lasting impression on me. In California, I discovered the refreshing yogurt drink known as dough at Little Tehran, along with the savory tahdig and gormeh sabzi prepared by my boyfriend's mother.
