A few weeks ago, while visiting Ft. Walton for a wedding, my friends and I stopped by Asiago's Skillet for brunch and were seated immediately on a Saturday morning. I ordered the crab cake benedict, which had perfectly poached eggs and flavorful crab cakes, though I wished the potato cakes had been a bit crispier, and we shared the bananas foster French toast that was wonderfully caramelized and balanced in sweetness. The service was friendly and attentive, the food came out quickly and fresh, and the relaxed atmosphere was exactly what we needed after a busy morning.
