Over many visits to Giovanni's in Wauchula, Florida, I've consistently enjoyed their delicious, cheesy lasagna, wood-fired pizzas with thin crust and fresh toppings, a fresh salad bar, flavorful soups like the loaded French onion, excellent service even when busy, accommodating staff who handle food allergies well, a charming outdoor patio next to the park with a nice ambiance and music, and generous portions of various Italian dishes such as lobster ravioli and calzones, though I feel the recent addition of booths made the interior feel more cramped and diner-like, and some dishes like the baked ziti could be improved in authenticity, while occasional issues like flies in the dining room and soggy pizza centers slightly detract from an otherwise very satisfying experience that keeps me coming back.

The lasagna and chicken pizza at Giovanni's were delicious with lots of cheese and a great salad bar. Despite the busy crowd, the service was still good. I've been a regular at Giovanni's for years and have always enjoyed the food and service, but the recent booth installations have made the place feel more congested.
