Annie's has amazing breakfast and lunch with friendly staff that really work hard to make sure you're happy. The screened-in porch is a chill spot to enjoy fresh food like their famous burgers, veggie omelets, and local fried flounder sandwiches while watching the marsh life. It's got that old Florida vibe where locals and visitors mix, and I always leave feeling like I made some new friends.

The breakfast here is fantastic, and the outdoor screened porch is a nice touch. The staff is super friendly and really hustles to keep things running smoothly. I especially loved the veggie omelet and the home fries; everything was delicious, and I can't wait to come back!
