Love big Romans! Very good pizza! They make their own bread for the sub rolls which are also delicious. Friendly, excellent customer service.

After having many pizzas delivered with generous tips they are now refusing to deliver to Grant-Valkaria with the lame excuse that it is too far. I suggest patronizing their competitors instead as inconsistent policy on delivery is indicative of inconsistent quality of pizza.

ordered a large 1/2 pepperoni jalapeno 1/2 sausage onion pizza, it was hot and ready when I got there on time. Pizza tasted excellent! and it was less than $15.00! Great food! Keep it up!!

Food is not consistant in quality, quantity or taste. Over last 4 months have had a variety of menu items from pizza, spaghetti, chicken parmigiana, to Stromboli and canolli. Got a pizza last night and crust was burnt- really awful but staff wasn’t concerned, not even apologetic- finally did offer a store credit but I have to remember date of purchase, exact purchase items and problem with pizza. So I made a note and took pictures. Hope that’s good enough “proof” there was a REAL problem.

I ordered a large three topping pizza for delivery from Big Romans Pizza. The base price of the pie was $11.50, once the toppings were added it came to $19.03. I was somewhat taken aback by how much the 3 toppings added to the overall cost. Was told it would take an hour to get to my house. Once the pie made it to me the toppings had all slid to one corner of the box and the inner crust was soggy. The only part of the crust that was crisp was the outer edge. Needless to say, I had to scrape the toppings back onto the pizza and eat it with a fork(something I'm not accustomed to). I live in an area where they are the only ones that deliver. So I think next time I'll just go to the grocery store and buy a Digiorno pizza or equivalent.
On the positive side; the pizza had a fairly decent flavor and got to me in about 40 minutes.
