The friendly service from Carlos made choosing our meal enjoyable, and the flavors-especially the perfectly cooked squash and smoky ribs-were unforgettable, leaving me eager to return soon. While some sides like the coleslaw didn't quite hit the mark for me, the generous portions, speedy service, and consistently delicious barbecue keep me coming back time and again.

My boyfriend and I had lunch at Bono's and were pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service provided by Carlos. He assisted us in choosing our meal and was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were so impressed that we are already planning to return soon.
