We've been enjoying the Mezzaluna location at European Village for almost four years. Always good food, good service, good atmosphere. We love the patio seating (there is a lot of outside seating) where we soak in the ambiance of the European type square. Live music some evenings on the Square as well as on Mezzaluna's patio. Inside is cozy and pleasant for those really cold evenings-not many in Palm Coast-or for those who want air-conditioned comfort the rest of the year. The place is packed, so there may be a wait for inside seating, even a bit of a wait for the large patio. We routinely bring visiting family and friends to Mezzaluna, and they always want to return on subsequent visits to Palm Coast.
Desserts are really good (waiter said most still made by Vera.) A pleasant surprise is the gluten free pizza, good enough that wait staff tells us some of them-unconcerned about gluten-prefer it. Gluten free pasta is also available, tasty and allows those of us with gluten issues to enjoy our favorite Italian dishes.
Recently reopened for 25% seating. We'll be there to see how it works tonight or later this week. Knowing Mezzaluna, all will be fine.

I used to visit this restaurant regularly, until one night, we were told the wait would be about 20 minutes, no problem. We sat on the benches with other parties of two. 20 minutes became 30 and 30 became 45. During this time we watched Mike push tables together for large parties of 6 and 8 as they walked up. Sadly, Mike couldn't even come over and say, I had a couple of large parties come in, do you mind waiting a bit longer. Very simply "keep your patrons informed". I along with several others have stopped frequenting Mezzalune because of their lack of professionalism. Their food is so,so, not a bad place to have a piece of pizza, but for this critic, if i'm going to spend my money it's going to someone that cares about their customers.

What an incredible experience. Went for lunch and on a Wed some guy was singing in the middle of the village. Went back Friday night to eat and it was unreal. Service, food, atmosphere you have to try it or you will be missing out
