I was blown away by the authentic Hong Kong-style duck and pork belly in Fort Wayne, the perfectly balanced friendly yet slightly rude staff that made the experience feel genuine, the superb avocado bubble tea made with real fruit, and a diverse menu featuring standout dishes like crispy pork belly, roasted duck, flavorful udon bowls, pungent fish, chicken satay, shrimp rolls, and Tom yum fried rice, all served with quick, friendly service and reasonable prices that keep me coming back with family and friends.

The flavors at West Coast Grille in Fort Wayne are truly authentic and reminiscent of home or the west coast. The roasted duck stole the show for me, despite some areas being slightly dry, the overall flavor and texture made up for it. The service is exceptional, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere inside is spacious and welcoming.
