Matsutake Sushi and Steak House truly knows how to put on a show with their hibachi chefs who are both skilled and entertaining, making the dining experience as fun as it is delicious. The portions are enormous, especially the steaks, which have been consistently cooked to juicy perfection-rare or medium rare, just the way I like it-and the shrimp might just be the best I've ever tasted. While the ambiance could use some polishing and the service has had its ups and downs, the quality and quantity of food, along with the lively atmosphere, keep me coming back for more.

The Japanese Steakhouse experience at Matsutake is truly engaging and entertaining, with skilled chefs and delicious food offerings. The ambiance may not be the fanciest, but the quality and quantity of the food, especially the filet mignon and shrimp, make it worth a visit for a satisfying dining experience.
