We’re used to really good Mexican food made with Cheddar cheese. The food made with this pale white cheese has no flavor. At least give people an option on which cheese to use. Have not found ANY authentic Mexican food in VA. It’s either from Guatemala or El Salvador so is not typical Mexican. The fresh vegetables are a nice touch. Salsa & chips also good.
