The food at Pops is absolutely delicious, with generous portions and a menu that includes everything from amazing Italian beef to unbeatable burgers and fries. The staff, especially Robert, are incredibly friendly and provide excellent, speedy service, making every visit a consistently great experience that keeps me coming back.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, it's important for staff to wear masks when preparing food. Today, I did not see one employee wearing a mask. In fact, one employee wiped his nose with his hand then filled my drink. Until Pop's requires their employees to wear masks, keep their hands away from their noses, and wash their hands if they touch their noses, I will not be back. Management needs to protect not only their customers but their employees, as well by having their employees wear masks.
