The scallops and salmon hibachi, along with the out of control roll, were delicious and the steak my children enjoyed was cooked perfectly to medium. The owners are incredibly kind and dedicated, and while sushi slices are a bit thin for my taste, the variety and affordable prices make this Japanese steakhouse a great choice for flavorful hibachi and fresh sushi in Carrollton.

I enjoyed the scallops and salmon hibachi, as well as the out of control roll at Osaka. The food was delicious and my children loved the medium-cooked steak. The owners, a sweet couple, are always present and welcoming.

food is wonderful and prices are reasonable. The chefs are also very entertaining!
