The barbecue here is everything you want from Southern cooking-smoky, juicy, and bursting with flavor, especially the pulled pork, ribs, and homemade links. The sides like Brunswick stew, okra, and peach cobbler take the experience to a whole new level, reminding me of home-cooked meals with genuine care. Friendly family-run service and consistent quality make every visit satisfying, even if they're only open a few days a week.

Experience delicious down-home BBQ at Tookes Country BarBQue, a family-owned business where the food is always filling and the service is always friendly. Their ribs, pulled pork, and homemade peach cobbler are absolute must-tries - a true taste of the South that will have you coming back for more!

wow!!! Try the pulled pork sandwich with collard greens and mac and cheese. Make sure to ask for the chow chow made from green tomatoes, peppers and PEACHES. The place is an absolute dump, which only makes sense when you know where REAL bbq is usually served. 5 stars from a southerner
