BUYERS BEWARE! EL El Centinela in Winder is treating customers very poorly and overcharging. I had my food cooked unproperly and my sons meal was suppose to have cheese in on it per their menu! And when I asked for the cheese and told him about my food. He said I would have to pay extra for the cheese and he took my plate and chunked it to the tray where they were cleaning another table. Never once asked if I would want something else. So I went without food. Then I get my check and it is for $31.23. Keep in mind. I didn't get my meal and when I added up everything witg their menu price it was only $20 and some change. When I asked about it the store manager/owner said I had to pay for the meal he threw away and for extra cheese which we never recieved! I refused to pay. The police were called and the I explained the whole situation and was basically told if they serve you a meal even if it is not cooked properly you have to pay also they can charge whatever they want! This is what is wrong today people can do whatever they want and they can get away with it. So if you decide to eat there after this warning..eat raw food and pay whatever they charge you because they can do as they please. To top it off this is where I choose to eat for my birthday. I will be making everyone aware if the whole ordeal and luckly I have several witnesses that seen it happen and are willing to go with me to small claims. People can not continue to steal, cheat and lie and get away with it!

Food is always delicious, service great. Super nice employees. Restaurant is always clean. Never a long wait even though they're always busy. Great job, great place to eat!

El centinela is amazing. The waiters are so nice and friendly and the food is always delicious!
