While traveling along the freeway, I stopped at an unexpected barbecue joint next to a gas station and was impressed by the quality and flavor of the food, especially the fall-off-the-bone ribs, moist brisket, and unique Brunswick stew. The fried green tomatoes and fried pickles stood out as exceptional sides, and the homemade sauces added a nice touch to the dishes. The atmosphere was casual with friendly, attentive staff, making it a convenient and satisfying stop with both indoor and outdoor seating available.
