We have came to order food why in the world they are closing way before time. The chicken is good but the service is awful. How are you going to close before time. I give them 3 because of customer service. The owner need to check on his business.

Rude employees, the ramping of time we were there 10 people ordered all ten were wrong! The girl at the counter argued with all the white people! Rude! Not the big chic I remember

My family knows when it comes to restaurants and medical I will ask questions. The cashier told me the Health Inspector said we don't have to wear gloves. I guess the Health Inspector don't know they are handling money and food without washing their hands. She was wiping tables when we entered. These cashiers are handling your payment and fixing your food.🙄 Then she had the nerve to have her face mask under her nose.🙄I guess she been living under a rock for the pass three months. Big Chic, Forsyth, GA. you got to do better!

Negative five stars!!! I'm handicapped so my wife ordered our chicken and I sat down. We received our food and the chicken was COLD, I asked my wife to see if she could swap it out. She went back up to the counter and spoke to who we assumed was the mgr. she stated that's how all there chicken came out. Worst place I've ever experienced that sells food. We dumped the chicken in the trash and left. Very unprofessional way of running a restaurant. Highly disappointed!!!!!! We will not return !!!!! 10/21/2018

We go here a lot. Sweet tea is wonderful. Chicken ,wings. Okra are our favorites. Staff is always nice

How the hell does a chicken restaurant run out of chicken on multiple occasions????

My son and I went through the drive thro. We both ordered cheeseburgers. I paid and then the girl came back to window and said there was only enough buns for 1 burger. So, I got chicken instead. Then she came back and said that they could not do any hamburgers because all the patties were frozen. So, neither one of us got what we came there for. This is not the first time I have went there and they were out of food. This is no way to do business. If you want to make money to be able to keep the business open you have to have what you show on your menu. I was very unhappy with my experience.
