My girlfriend and I arrived at about 6:30. It was league night for pool. One table was left open and we got it. About 20 or more minutes later we had to flag down the waitress to get us drinks. We asked for a menu at the same time. It took longer than expected to get the drinks and menu's. I would figure if someone asks for a menu they want to eat. Our waitress did not think like that. 30 minutes later we had to get her attention again to come and take our order for food. My girlfriends drink was supposed of been made with sweet tea, but they used unsweet. She asked that it be remade. 15 minutes later the waitress returned with her drink. It was once again made wrong. After receiving other complaints about the sweet tea not being sweet it was discovered that someone used the wrong bag of tea. Once again the drink was remade correctly this time with real sweet tea. About 45 minutes after ordering our food we still did not have it. Once again find the waitress. She finally came back with the food. The appetizer was room temperature. Must of been left sitting until the meal was ready. Tenders had been ordered and they came out burnt, the fries were also cold. Sent it all back to be done right. By the time the food arrived again we were ready to go. Asked to have it put in a to go box. That was pretty quick based on the rest of the night. When it was brought I asked for the tab right away. The waitress had made 2 more trips up to the pool table area and had not brought our tab. I went to find her. She was leaning on the bar talking with the bartender. I was getting so upset I really did not want to have to talk to anyone. I gave the waitress a $50 gift card and told her if it was not enough to settle it with her manager. I turned and walked away.
There was one waitress for the pool table area. Don't you think on a league night they would be bright enough to schedule extra help in to wait on people and to work the kitchen? I will never go back. I do not know how they stay in business. I tried calling today at 1:30 to talk with a manager about what happened before I did this review. I was told no manager was available. I then asked when a good time would be to call back and talk with one. The girl said sometime tonight. There probably was no manager on duty last night either the way things were run. Go there at your own risk!

Horrible experience got there at 640 and didn't order drinks until after 7 didn't get them for over 30 minutes then ordered food long story short we never received our food and asked for manager he came out and said he didn't even get our ticket until after 9oclock so we asked to just cash out our drinks and he didn't come back. We never received our bill or food by 10oclock and just left. It was worst experience ever .. very unhappy with this place .. never try again

My friends and I ate there for the first time last night . I ordered the blackened fish which was just ok . My husband ordered the Salmon and was served a very small piece with three pieces of broccoli. When the waitress brought our checks out she said she only had one ink pen for six people to share . Will not be back .
