The Big -ss Burrito with pulled pork was packed with fresh, flavorful ingredients and left me completely satisfied, with enough to enjoy later as well. The staff is friendly and efficient, making the entire experience smooth despite the usual wait times for food trucks. The unique twist on classic Mexican dishes, like the Asian-style tacos and spicy chipotle crema, keeps the menu exciting and delicious every time.

I was very lucky that the power was out tonight. I hadn't had Bandito bodega since pre-Covid St. Patrick's Day at Joymongers. I have the pimento cheese burrito there, and almost died from its goodness tonight I had the veggie quesadilla with a side of beans and rice. Absolutely exceptional! Service was outstanding cannot wait to go back.
