Ordering a cake from Janel was a wonderful experience-she was responsive, accommodating to last-minute changes, and delivered a beautifully decorated, delicious coconut cake with chocolate ganache that exceeded my expectations. The pickup was smooth and hassle-free, and every detail, from packaging to flavor, was thoughtfully handled, making the celebration even more special.

I reached out to Janel for a cake order and she was incredibly responsive to my emails leading up to the event. Despite some last-minute changes, she was accommodating and the cake she delivered, with coconut cake and chocolate ganache, exceeded my expectations. The pickup process at Gypsea Gelato was seamless, and the cake was not only beautifully decorated but also absolutely delicious.
