Came here to enjoy lunch with my wife. What a disappointment! The staff inside the restaurant was wonderful. We decided to have lunch by the pool. Went over to the bartender and ask if they had a lunch menu. No greeting, just blurts out, Do you have a phone. I got the message so I went around the bar looking for their QR code. He walks over and standing right in front of me, flings a card with the QR code at me. It flies right by me and onto the floor. I looked at him stunned and asked him if he was serious? He put and actual menu in front of me and shrugged his shoulder like a child. This is a man that is probably in his 30’s. Never apologized or addressed what he just did. Walked back and hid behind the bar. Classy! Nice place if you want to be treated like crap! We’re currently staying at the Prince and came by to consider staying at the Modern next time. If this is the kind of people they have working for them, no way I am paying top dollars to be disrespected!
