Yes I could not agree with the lady from. Last year about this place. The hamburger was awfullike leftover and reheated with a bun smaller than burger. All doggy and lettuce wilted and 2 dufferent colors. Like they left it sitting there, went there because I heard great reviews, soggy fries no taste except eating h big pices of garlic, they are not sorry or even have the aloha spirit, I would expect that the rudness from the mainland, I am from there, worked in f a n d b industry for years and catering. worst place esp. My hamburger ...the owner manager did not make it right in terms of my calling her and giving her a chance to resolve the issue, should had ate at McDonald's...what a joke

Owner and her daughter are self centered and have the attitude they are always right. Screw the customer just take their money. Cooks don't seem to get the burgers cooked properly and you'll know what I mean if you patronize this place. Just hope the lady owner or her daughter isn't there.
