The lamb korma was probably the best I've ever had, the staff were friendly and efficient, the garlic naan and yellow dal were delicious, and while a few dishes like the chicken makhani and roti could use some refinement, the flavorful spices and overall tasty Indian cuisine in Hilo made for a thoroughly enjoyable meal with great service and a pleasant ambiance.
