Called 5 times to Waikoloa an no one answers the phone for take out!

First of all, the staff and service was excellent. Although, it is highly annoying to me that they now charge $2 for the bread that used to come with the meal. Really? That is certainly a one star move. The prices are hefty enough to include a loaf of bread. Maybe charge if a second loaf is requested? Maybe they think that's a good move since they don't have to rely on locals for business. Management seems to be clueless on how to turn a profit. We'll wait until we travel to the mainland to visit another Macaroni Grill.
