The hot and spicy broth adds just the right kick to the saimin, making it flavorful without being overwhelmingly spicy, and I finished every last drop despite usually finding saimin broths bland elsewhere. The staff work hard to keep up with orders even when busy, which sometimes means a bit of a wait, but their kindness and the comforting, home-style atmosphere make it worth it. If you're craving local-style comfort food that reminds you of grandma's kitchen, this is the place to satisfy that craving.
