The eggplant melt exceeded my expectations by being surprisingly refreshing and flavorful, complemented perfectly by their unique papaya seed dressing. This family-owned shop offers a diverse menu of freshly made sandwiches, smoothies, baked goods, and more, all served with friendly and efficient service despite the small space and occasional lines. The consistently fresh ingredients and welcoming atmosphere make it clear why many locals and visitors alike return again and again to enjoy their delicious offerings.
