Nestled in Jersey City's downtown area, this French restaurant offers a cozy yet bustling atmosphere where the aroma of fresh warm bread welcomes you as soon as you sit down. The grilled octopus paired with lentils and chorizo left a lasting impression, while the duck confit in the Lyonnaise salad was tender enough to fall off the bone, though some dishes like the pasta ragu missed the mark with a bit too much salt. Though the space feels intimate and lively-sometimes a bit too close for comfort on busy nights-the evolving menu, thoughtful service, and standout desserts like the flourless chocolate torte make it a memorable experience worth returning to.
