We had a sudden executive meeting with additional guests, many of whom were visiting from out of town and craving Tex Mex cuisine. We decided to check out Casas and were impressed by the generous serving sizes and delicious flavors, particularly the lemon adobo catfish and spinach and cheese enchiladas. Looking forward to trying their breakfast tacos at our next morning gathering.
