There's a karaoke restaurant on Bellaire that locals are all too familiar with, and let me tell you, it's a lively scene. While the atmosphere and the late-night antics are part of the charm, the real highlight for me is the food. I can't stand Cordon Bleu cognac or shooting it, but when it comes to that sour soup hot pot and crispy chicken bites, I'd gladly indulge in whatever is served; it's honestly that delicious.
