During my recent visit, I had an incident that was promptly addressed by a helpful young lady named Katie, who was eager to assist. The frozen yogurt was delicious, and I can assure you that anyone who disagrees should try their options instead of settling for fast food. While the environment was colorful and inviting, I do believe switching to paper cups would show a commitment to sustainability, and I hope management considers this small but impactful change.
