I'm a black nurse and let me tell you, I'm really particular about tacos but this truck blew me away today. I tried a potato bacon egg and cheese taco, and the patties were cooked perfectly, fluffy, and blended so well with the egg. The chicken fajita and beef fajita tacos were packed with meat and flavor - I'll definitely be going back for more. The lady running the truck is super nice, and their enchiladas with extra fajita and green hot sauce are amazing.
